Process +

Phase 1: Discovery

We begin with a questionnaire and conversation to understand your goals, needs, and features. Client gathers photos, logins, and any updated copy.

Timing: 3-4 weeks

Phase 2: Design

We will begin redesigning your website in this phase. Your website display a "New website coming soon" landing page as it is being redesigned.

Timing: 2-3 weeks

Phase 3: Revisions

We will send you the website when it's in a good place to review. There are 2 rounds of revisions included on text, photos, and flow edits.

Timing: 2-3 weeks

Phase 4: Publish & Training

Once the website is approved, we will publish the site. Includes recorded training videos for your team to keep and refer back to as needed for basic edits.
